WHEN ARE YOU AVAILABLE TO DO PORTRAITS AND EVENTS?
Currently I am shooting only on weekends and holidays.
HOW EARLY SHOULD I BOOK MY PHOTO SHOOT?
I suggest booking at minimum two-three weeks before the chosen date. I can check for last minute requests, however I cannot guarantee I will be available. If you would like to book over a holiday, you should book further in advance.
WHAT IF IT'S RAINING THE DAY OF MY SHOOT?
If it's raining in the area where we will be shooting, I will wait an hour or two before I decide if we need to cancel. I will contact you by phone to let you know and we will get you booked again ASAP on a much brighter and prettier day!
WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO CHANGE THE DATE OR CANCEL THE SERVICE?
I understand that things change, especially on holidays! No worries. You will get a full refund if you cancel more than 7 days before the shoot and a 50% refund if you cancel up to 48 hours before the shoot. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the shoot you are not entitled for a refund. No shows will not be entitled to any refund either.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE PHOTOS?
You will receive your edited photos from your photo shoot or event in a digital format on a USB or via Dropbox in high resolution. They will be ready for you to print however you choose. I am always on hand to help and advise you with this and I can offer professional printing and other products at an additional cost to the photo session.
WHEN WILL MY PHOTOS ARRIVE?
Typically it takes me two-three weeks to edit your images from the day of the photo shoot or event, however I will allocate up to three months.
WHAT IF I NEED MY PHOTOS BACK FASTER THAN TWO TO THREE WEEKS?
I will charge a $150 fee for a 24-hour rush turnaround, $100 for a 48-hour turnaround, and $75 for a 72-hour turnaround. I also offer a same-day turnaround (only for individual headshots) for $200. If you need a quick turnaround, we can discuss the fee at the time of booking.
CAN I PURCHASE MORE IMAGES FROM MY SHOOT?
Absolutely! Extra images can be purchased up to 2 years after your session and we can discuss this.
DO YOU WATERMARK MY IMAGES FROM MY PHOTO SHOOT?
I give you two copies of each photo, one with a watermark and one without. The watermarked images are intended for social media and the ones without are so you can print them. I would love if you tagged KABoslerPhotography on Facebook and @kabosler_photography on Instagram if you share any of the photos.
WILL YOU USE THE PHOTOS FROM MY PHOTO SHOOT?
I may use some of the photos from the session to promote my business on social media and feature on my website. But if this isn´t something that you are keen on, then just please let me know.
HOW MUCH RETOUCHING DO YOU PERFORM ON THE PHOTOS?
I do make minor retouches, including removing small blemishes, color correction, minor skin smoothing and adjusting clarity and vibrance. I will crop and add vignettes if I see fit. I do not narrow or slim down body parts or eliminate wrinkles. I want these photos to reflect your natural, beautiful self! If you want photos in black and white, please let me know during the time of booking and we can make that happen!
HOW FAR WILL YOU TRAVEL?
I live in Dallas, Texas and will travel anywhere in the DFW area. If you want to shoot outside of that area, please contact me with the location and I will provide you with a quote as to the distance.
CAN I BOOK A SESSION WITH MY PET?
Absolutely I love working with all types of animals – canine, feline and equine. I am not afraid to work with rodents, amphibians and serpents too!
